How long will it take to receive the item I bought?
It will take 2 to 5 working days however it varies depend on the item. Some take 24 hours and some 48 hours depend on the item. And some take longer than that depend on your country and it shipping protocols. However the maximum waiting is up to 60 days from the day of the purchase in any country the item was ship to.
If I bought an item and is not up to the expectation what should I do?
Return the item within 10 days from the day of purchased. The item condition: unopened, unused, and in original package to get your refund full. The item cannot be return after 30 days from the day of purchased.
If bought an item and change my mind what should I do?
The condition in which returned the item must be received, such as item unopened, unused, and in their original package. Including defective products or products that are damaged during shipping. Within which customer must return item, 10 days from the date of purchased of the item to get your full refund. Item cannot be return after 30 days from the day of purchased.
If I bought an item and was not received what should I do?
Contact us up to 30 days of purchase to get your refund or replacement.
If I bought an item and is faulty what should I do?
Return the item for exchange or get your refund within10 days from the day of purchase. However read the condition of the item before buying. In some conditions the item clearly explain is faulty and is for part only.
If I want to return an item what should I do?
In your account menu there is an option to do so. Returned items must be received, such as products unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Including defective products or products that are damaged during shipping. Within which customer must return products 10 days from the date of purchase for your full refund. Item cannot be return after 30 days from the day of purchased.
If I don’t received my refund what should I do?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If I buy an item and I don’t like it anymore what should I do?
Return the item within 10 days from the day of purchase unopened and in its original package and unused to get your full refund. It is your responsibility to make sure the item received, keeping the receipt for your record of proof postage. However some item can only be partial refund because of the nature of the item.
